Profile & Refer A Friend Questions:

It’s easy, just follow these easy steps:

  • Click on “Create a Profile”
  • Click on the word “Registration” under the heading “I am a new user”
  • The system will walk you through the rest of the process

It is important that you do not create more than one profile with Mosaic. Our recruiters track your recruitment and hiring progress within our system (ie. your interview comments, which programs you have applied to, which programs you have been hired on to, etc). If you apply online with a new profile, the recruiters will assume you are a brand new candidate and all of your previous Mosaic history could be lost. Click on “forgot password” to have your password emailed to you so you can log into your existing profile.

If you remember your username and password, just click on the “Create and Update Your Profile” tab and log in as a returning user. If you are still unable to access your profile, email us at recruiting.canada@mosaic.com, and be sure to provide your username (email address) and your full name.

The reason you are unable to create another account is because you are already in our system. If you have forgotten both your username and password, email us at recruiting.canada@mosaic.com, and be sure to provide details.

Our recruiters do their very best to acknowledge each and every successful candidate (a successful candidate is one who has the appropriate skill set and experience for the job). If you apply online to a position and are not contacted, it is likely due to one of the following reasons: The recruiter may have hired someone for the position already or you do not have the appropriate skill set and/or experience necessary for the position. Please keep applying to positions on our job list that you think are a good fit for your skills.

Remember that if you are a current or recent employee of ours, you are eligible to receive a referral cash bonus for every one of your referrals hired by Mosaic. You can earn anywhere from $25 - $250 for part time program hires. Higher bonuses are available for referrals that are hired for full time Mosaic positions.

Interview Questions :

A big part of Mosaic’s success is matching candidates to the right opportunity. We continue to have openings for a variety of jobs and recruiters match the best candidates to positions that suit them and their schedules. After your interview, you may not receive a call from a recruiter right away. If this is the case, do not be discouraged. We are working hard to find the right opportunity for you. It is also your responsibility to continually apply online at www.mosaicjobs.com for opportunities that interest you on our job list.

The Mosaic interview process may vary depending on the type of program we are hiring for. Typically, we interview in the following stages:

  • Phone Screen – A Mosaic Recruiter contacts the candidates via phone to discuss details of the position and job requirements.
  • Group Interview – A Mosaic Recruiter contacts those candidates successful in the phone screen stage to invite them to come to a group interview. We are a people-facing organization and it is important for us to see how candidates interact with their peers. If you are invited to a group interview, this is really your chance to shine.
  • One-on-one Interview - In certain cases, candidates may be hired after a group interview. However, there are other instances when we need to bring candidates back for a one-on-one interview. Our one-on-one sessions are based on a behavioral interview process. If you are invited to a one-on-one interview, this is your chance to highlight your personal successes within your school, extra-curricular and work experiences.

Please continue to check the job board and apply to any positions that appeal to you. Your interview comments are in our system, which helps the recruiters to determine your best program fit. However, they also need to know that you are interested in a particular job as the Recruiters may be more apt to contact you if you have applied to a specific job online.

Job Questions:

At Mosaic, the number of full-time positions varies based on the client, program, and time of year. Our company is always growing and we regularly have full-time positions available for those with relevant experience. If you are interested in full-time work, it is in your best interest to check our job board on a regular basis and apply to the full-time positions that appeal to you.

We typically hire the following type of candidates for full-time work:

  • Someone who has worked on a Mosaic part-time program and had excellent performance reviews.
  • Someone who is a leader of an extra-curricular group, sports team or association.
  • Someone who has related work experience.

Our company regularly re-hires alumni. However, simply having worked for us before does not guarantee you another job. You must perform with excellence to be considered to work with us again. At Mosaic, we maintain the highest level of quality and our representatives must be the BEST at representing us, our clients and our clients’ brands. If you are a great rep with great performance reviews, inform your Coordinator and the Recruitment Team that you are interested in working another program, and as always, apply online to any positions that appeal to you.

At Mosaic, we have a variety of clients and client programs. Some of our clients have very specific expectations around the branding of their products, their target markets, and the venues where we execute. Mosaic’s promo model team, is a team of male and female Mosaic employees who best represent our Client’s image. The venues they work in are typically bars and big events where alcohol is served. Our Promo Models are confident working in such environments, and enjoy the late night, weekend employment. Promo Models are great looking people with dynamic personalities who love being the center of attention. They embody excellent work ethic, determination, and they are approachable and personable. The uniform of a Promo Models is typically tight fitting and revealing, as a requirement of the program. The Promo Models often work on programs with photo opportunities and sometimes spend 8 hour shifts having their picture taken with consumers. Our Promo Models are compensated at hourly rates that are competitive and comparable to the modeling and entertainment industries. Wage rates differ by program and client groups. Our Campus Talent Scouts are near and dear to us, as they represent our very own brand on campus – Mosaic! The Campus Talent Scout role is to increase company brand awareness on campus and to recruit new talent to work on our programs. We typically hire Campus Talent Scouts with the following attributes:

  • They are Mosaic alumni who have performed with excellence on the programs they have worked on (this is a MUST). Their Manager(s) have referred them specifically to work on the Campus program.
  • They are leaders on campus, leading sports teams, clubs or associations.
  • They are excellent networkers and know how to build relationships and meet new people.

Our pay structure varies by client and by program. If hired onto one of our programs, you can expect a very competitive rate.We know that what you do is important and we base our compensation on just that. Some of our positions also offer commission and/or a completion bonus.

If the schedules do not conflict with each other, you may be able to work more than one program at a time. For example, if you are working a weekend Coke program, and there is the opportunity to work a weekday blitz merchandising program, then it may just work. If you are currently working a program and are interested in picking up more work, you should first talk to your direct manager and if he or she approves, talk to a Recruiter about next steps in finding another position.

We have positions available from coast to coast. Most of our jobs are located in major urban cities but we also have employment available in some of the most remote regions in Canada. If you are from a more rural area and you are interested in working for our company, your best bet is to continually check our job board to see which current positions are available in your region.

Ultimately, we decide which candidates work on which programs based on their skill set and our business needs. You are more than welcome to express your interest in the type of client or position that you are interested in working for and we will take this into consideration during the hiring process.
