Profile Questions:
It’s easy, just follow these easy steps:
- Click on “Create a Profile”
- Click on the word “Registration” under the heading “I am a new user”
- The system will walk you through the rest of the process
If you are having troubles and would like some help, email recruiting.US@mosaic.com.
It is important that you do not create more than one profile with Mosaic. Our recruiters track your recruitment and hiring progress within our system (ie. your interview comments, which programs you have applied to, which programs you have been hired on to, etc). If you apply online with a new profile, the recruiters will assume you are a brand new candidate and all of your previous Mosaic history could be lost. Click on “forgot password” to have your password emailed to you so you can login to your existing profile.
If you remember your username and password, just click on the “Create and Update Your Profile” tab and login as a returning user. If you are still unable to access your profile, email us at recruiting.us@mosaic.com , and be sure to provide your username (email address) and your full name.
The reason you are unable to create another account is because you are already in our system. If you have forgotten both your username and password, email us at recruiting.us@mosaic.com , and be sure to provide details.
Our recruiters do their very best to acknowledge each and every successful candidate (a successful candidate is one who has the appropriate skill set and experience for the job). If you apply online to a position and are not contacted, it is likely due to one of the following reasons: The recruiter may have hired someone for the position already or you do not have the appropriate skill set and/or experience necessary for the position. Please keep applying to positions on our job list that you think are a good fit for your skills.
Job Questions:
Your specific skill set depends on the position, but there are certain core skills that are necessary for any job at Mosaic:
- The ability to work independently
- Organizational skills
- Problem solving skills
- Communication and presentation skills
The intangibles we look for in a potential Mosaic employee are:
- Reliability
- Flexibility
- Self-motivated
- Energy and enthusiasm
- Professionalism in your conduct and appearance
- through our website at www.mosaicjobs.com
- automatic job alert notifications sent to your e-mail inbox when a position is posted
Really, just the basics. Of course, that means you need to have Internet access and be familiar with navigating the Internet, using e-mail, and opening/sending/saving Microsoft Office documents on an IBM compatible computer. If you are here applying online, chances are you know your way around a computer.
There are a number of compelling reasons to work for Mosaic:

A typical day will vary by program, but generally it goes something like this:
- Pre-plan your day the night before – print the materials you need to take to your calls the next day.
- Check voice mail and e-mail before you head out to your first call.
- Travel to your first call.
- Complete your calls throughout the day, be it by completing merchandising tasks, such as adding and removing product from the shelves, or sales activities, such as providing product knowledge training to retail associates.
- Drive home.
- Check voicemail and e-mail.
- Complete your reporting for the day.
- Pre-plan for the next day.
Not to worry! We are primarily interested in your “soft” skills – those transferable people skills that you take with you to whatever job you work at. We can teach you about merchandising and reporting.
Our pay structure varies by client and by program. If hired onto one of our programs, you can expect a very competitive rate. We know that what you do is important and we base our compensation on just that. Some of our positions also offer commission and/or a completion bonus.
If the schedules and brands do not conflict with each other, part-time employees may be able to work more than one program at a time. If you are currently working a program and are interested in picking up more work, you should first talk to your direct manager and if he or she approves, talk to a Recruiter about next steps in finding another position.
Absolutely! You can apply to Mosaic in general to get your name in our pool of candidates if you don’t see a job of immediate interest. We do recommend applying to specific positions as this puts you at the top of a recruiter’s mind and ensures you are contacted faster. If you don’t see a job of interest now, create a profile and check back in a week to see new positions. Our jobs are constantly changing. As soon as you see one of interest, apply to that specific job using your login name and password you already created.
Yes! Please apply to as many jobs that interest you as this increases your chances of being hired! Our recruiters will contact you to determine the best fit for your schedule. If the job schedules and brands don’t conflict and you are interested in multiple part-time positions, you may be placed in multiple roles at the same time.
