Q. When is my information session?

A. Please refer to the campus section to see the date/time/location of the Information Session at your school or the school closest to you.

Q. What is an information session?

A. A session of finite duration at which you will acquire certain “information”. In other words, it’s a great opportunity to learn more about our company and the upcoming job opportunities for the summer. It is gives you a chance to meet and network with members of the Mosaic Senior Management team. The sessions typically last about an hour, with time designated for a question and answer period.

Q. Can I attend an information session even if I don't go to the school where it is being held?

A. Of course!! We encourage students and non-students to find out the closest campus on which a Mosaic Information session is taking place.

Q. What programs do you look for?  What year do I have to be in?

A. For students who wish to join our team, our main focus would be on those in Marketing and Communications programs. We also have a variety of programs and clients that have specific hiring requirements not necessary related to a school program. For instance, when hiring for our Maple Leaf Chicken promotion we focused on Health Science students, while on our Daimler Chrysler program we recruited for students who had a passion for cars. That being said, we also look for specific soft skills.  We look for outgoing and enthusiastic people who are comfortable approaching people to tell them about the amazing products we are promoting.

Q. What does the campus captain do?

A. A Campus Captain is in charge of spreading the word on their campus about all the great job opportunities Mosaic has to offer. They are your first line of contact to the best summer job you have ever had!!  Feel free to contact your campus captain if you have any questions about applying to Mosaic or if you would like to hear more about the Information Session at your school.

Q. What if I can't make the information session or the group interview?

A. We try our best to schedule interview times that fit into student’s schedules. However, as you can imagine, it can be difficult in some cases to meet all of our candidate’s needs.  If you are asked to an interview and you are not able to attend, we will try our best to reschedule your interview.
