Sales Positions involve bringing product knowledge and industry expertise to the point of purchase, connecting with customers, facilitating transactions and closing sales. Merchandising Positions are aimed at making the most of a brand’s presence at retail… from display placement to visual merchandising and promotions.

There are three types of job opportunities available at Mosaic on a part-time basis:

long-term Part-time – long-term part-time positions make up a sizeable portion of the job opportunities at Mosaic. Typically requiring 10-30 hours a week, these positions are the most flexible, while offering steady employment with competitive pay.

Part-time Blitz – Our Part-Time Blitz jobs are short-term positions, typically one day to one week in duration depending on the project or program. Ideal for energetic, outgoing individuals, these short-term positions range from face-to-face customer interactions, retail audits, and merchandising blitzes, to a variety of other unique tasks.

Shared Workforce – Perfect for those who live in rural and/or remote locations with a smaller amount of day-to-day marketing activities (think: Yellowknife NWT or Baie-Comeau PQ). Our Shared Workforce positions give individuals a chance to manage multiple client accounts on a long-term part-time basis. If you love variety and would like to represent a broad range of products, than Shared Workforce may be the job for you.
